Had a really nice time at Hilton Cairns. The location is perfect as so many attractions such as The Esplanade, ocean, Night Markets and Reef departures are close by. The rainforest inside and swimming pool were amazing, loved the spa as well. The overall atmosphere is great with beautiful views. Service was great and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Lots of variety. Some recommendations: - I would recommend having different breakfast variety in dishes for each day. Maybe on weekends some other flavours etc. - One other recommendation I have is to have someone ensuring that there isn't a really big queue of people waiting to be seated for breakfast. - The bathroom also got quite slippery and wet which could cause a hazard (maybe have the glass screen longer so water doesn't go over it and on the floor). Overall we had a great stay at this hotel and would confidently recommend it to anyone wanting to travel to Cairns.

We recently stayed at Hilton, Cairns for 8 days during school holidays. It was a pleasant stay - neat and clean throughout, nice pool, the best buffet breakfast and Gin social bar, great customer service, friendly staff and above all close proximity to everything. Casino was just next door :-) Kids enjoyed a lot, specially the pool, spa and the table tennis. They missed putt putt a bit, which could be useful addition as part of renovation. Rooms were slightly old but clean and tidy. There was board at hotel stating they are renovating the rooms. Overall we enjoyed a lot and will look forward to visit Hilton and Cairns again.

Room is excellent. But most impressive is quality of customer service by staff - truly next level. Very attentive, friendly and welcoming at reception, breakfast cafe and executive lounge. Really feel valued as a Diamond Honors member with room upgrade and welcome wine. Second day in a four day stint but very impressed so far!
