Wonderful service! There is so much I could say about this place. From the undercover parking to the beautiful reception room. I was greeted by Hannah who was as lovely in person as she was on the phone. I was made to feel comfortable straight away and the waiting area is beautiful a calm. Added bonus of been met with two beautiful little pooches that greeted me when I sat down. Lisa my consultant went over all my options and help me understand what my treatment would do for me and how it would be give to achieve the best results. I will absolutely be going back for other treatments they offer and I am so happy I found Jade cosmetics. 100% recommend them.

My Step-daughter Lucia had her first consultation today with Rhiannon at Jade Cosmetic Clinic. I’m so glad we made this choice. Couldn’t be more happy with the level of expertise and service !! My daughter, and myself, felt at ease, as every step of the process was explained. I loved that they didn’t try and push us to purchase treatments and products. What a beautiful experience. I visited the Jade clinic in Trinity Beach with my daughter and four of my closest friends, this was for preparation for a special event. We all had the Aroma body scrub…. The treatment itself was amazing, I have this type of treatment whenever I travel, and this was by far the best. Gorgeous products used and the therapist was so professional yet very warm and welcoming. The staff were so kind and made our experience very special, we sat on the lovely verandah looking at the ocean while sipping on champagne and enjoying a cheese platter. I will not be waiting for a special event to enjoy this treatment… I will make the most of having this incredible service so close to home. Thank you for making our visit so special.

First time visit and I had a wonderful experience. The whole clinic is beautiful and professional, while making you feel relaxed. Nurse Caitlin is a truly beautiful person and I felt very comfortable getting treatment from her. Will definitely return!
