Great gym, great people and a great atmosphere! Lessons catered for beginners with no previous experience all the way up to active fighters! If you’re looking for a fun way to get fit whilst learning new, effective combat techniques then look no further! City Centre location with classes starting from 17:30pm onwards so it won’t mess with your work hours!

Highly recommend for everyone, both men and women! Not intimating at all, it's a friendly environment, not large meatheads knocking each other about. Advanced classes are there for people who are looking to spar harder / take more advanced in BJJ, Medium sizes at great prices for beginners, great for meeting people too and you're learning in a fun environment. I take 121 lessons here, the prices are good, and you exponentially learn MMA because of the time together with the teacher. All teachers are fun, great attitudes, but can kill.. What more can you ask for! Try it you'll be hooked

Lovely environment. I felt a bit meh while going as I thought people would laugh or something but no they treat you with so much love. I come all the way from bury and man its worth it.
