Jens was very helpful, giving us all the info we needed before purchasing a wood fired hot tub. He was happy to talk us through our questions and very quickly emailed extra information. He was also very helpful when we were setting up. The hot tub is amazing! It's very well made (I like that it's nicely finished on top) and comes with all the extras like drinks holder, oar, cover and fire pokers. They've thought of everything with this one!

This hot tub (1.9m) has been one of the best value products I've ever acquired. It is the perfect compliment to my back garden area and it gets used nearly every day. Jens has given me a lot of good advice on how to maintain and operate the hot tub. I highly recommend the one that I have for people in the country with fire wood supply. It comprises the external wood fired heater which it is easy to maintain and clean.
