Fred Sauna – melbourne

I've had 3 sessions in Fred Sauna so far and loving it. The staff are always friendly on arrival and have noted down my preferences for having it hot hot to start. Would definitely recommend as part of your relaxation and/or detox activities.

Love this sauna!! Private and clean, this experience has become part of my routine. Helps with muscle recovery after an exercise session or destress after work, great for overall health benefits. For those who haven't used an infrared sauna before, note that the experience differs to a traditional (hot rock) sauna (not same humidity or breathing impact). Owner of this sauna is super helpful and can talk you through how you personally would experience the sauna. Highly recommended!!

I can honestly recommend to anyone who has muscle aches and joint pains to give infrared sauna a go, after multiple surgeries on a damaged knee with no real relief from physio, hydro etc. This has been a lifesaver for pain management. Linzie explained the whole process of IR and I felt confident in her approach, The sauna is immaculate always spotless and clean it is an amazing experience with the different lighting and heat levels to target all parts of the body from muscle aches / joint pain and even general detox also you sweat more than a conventional steam sauna, it really gives you a relaxing feeling great for stress. I am glad to be back after the whole covid lockdown and look forward to many more sessions ahead. My friend and I went for the first time this evening. We met the owner. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She talked us through the sauna and it’s benefits for our particular needs. The studio, sauna and bathroom are all immaculate. We rinsed off with a shower afterwards and immediately felt relaxed and rejuvenated. We will definitely keep going back there.
