We bought a spa in the middle of pandemic confusion when everyone was under extreme pressure. It was a time of great upheaval when life no longer had certainty. Generally the company were supportive and helpful. We had a few ongoing issues with the spa but they have now been resolved with a satisfactory outcome that demonstrated decency, compassion and understanding from the owner. Please contact Jack if you have any concerns and he will bend over backwards to resolve them.

Old product of 5 yrs an they were more than happy to help out with info Evan phoning the supplier on my behalf to get requested info!! 10/10 to Sharon for her professionalism an happy personality! Highly recommend this business!

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Shannon and his staff, the service is truly impeccable, the support when I needed replacement parts on my spa was fabulous. We have had our Leisurescape spa for about 6 years and absolutely love it! When we want to upgrade we will definitely be purchasing from Leisurescape again. Well priced and a good range of spas.

Highly recommended. I was exploring swimming spas and Shannon at Leisurescape pool & spa had kindly helping me for nearly 1 hour, answered my all sorts of questions. He is very professional and answers were detailed. I surely will return once we decided which spa to choose from. Plus they do fencing and landscaping as well.
