I highly recommend Confidere & Co. Narelle is so helpful and informative in creating a treatment plan. I have fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, and struggle with anxiety. I have survived cancer twice and battle with so much physical pain and anxiety. I had read about mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy and decided to try it. It is very relaxing and you definitely get relief from pain. I have tried infrared dome which was very relaxing and I also enjoy the hydro massage. I think it’s a great fit for fibromyalgia as you can choose the level of pressure. Thanks Narelle for all your help and support.

I attended Confidere & Co recently to use the infrared sauna and found the experience very relaxing and very therapeutic for my sore muscles. Narelle was lovely and very informative, and I found the studio to be clean, beautifully furnished with a great ambiance. The owner Narelle was very welcoming and accommodating. The equipment is the latest in technology and very clean. Definitely would go back again.
