3/ 5

A good small retreat, with various hot options (sauna, infra red, steam room, spa and plunge pool). The staff were friendly enough, nice facilities and complimentary robes, towels, lockers, tea and toiletries. The plunge pool had left over tissues from the previous people, staff tried to scrape it off but thinking about it it was a little gross. Dirty tissue thoughts made it hard to relax.

Rude and dismissive front desk staff. I understand you are short-staffed, but being passive-agressive and high-handed will not help your business.
