Hands down the best service I have received tin the last 10 years with the pool / spa industry. I called Jake, the 6th person I called with a overheat error code on my spa. every single person previous stated that it would be a min 1 to 2 hr job, and a 180 to 250 dollar call out fee as well. Jake was a legend. told me to follow his instructions using the keypad on the Davey SP800 and by using certain keys simultaneously I was able to reset the controller. I can’t recommend this guy more for his professionalism, morels, and business ethics. A++++

Hands down best service I’ve gotten. I called in the morning and within an hour Jacob was at the door. The cost is very affordable and the outcome was perfect! I was anxious about the price or if it was a complicated job but Jacob was super friendly and helpful and assured me that it’s not an issue that he’s more than capable of fixing it. Within 20 mins not only did he fix it and educate me on what the issue was but he also pointed out a few tips to help the swimming pool and how the water levels can hurt the pump. 10/10 rating and I will definitely keep your number on my fridge.

I phoned on Monday with our pool issue, was given a quote, was told they could come out that day or the next, and that they would phone back with a time. No phone call. I phoned again Tuesday and was told it rained the day before so they couldn't come out. Understandable, but there was no communication to inform me of this. They then said they could come out Friday. I said this would unfortunately be too late and I need it repaired before this as we have a function. The reason we decided to go with the company is because they originally promised to do the job that day or the next. I was told they could come out today but would have to charge me an extra $50 because "they would have to drop another job". To replace one job which requires a $150 call out fee plus extras, for $50 does not make good business sense so I fail to see how this was the case. Not sure what this was all about but to be honest, we are frustrated with the run around and lack of interest and communication. The only positive interaction was the polite way the receptionist spoke with me. The one star I have given this company goes to the receptionist for her polite demeanour. She tried her best with what was obviously a technician who could not be bothered to uphold the reputation of this company. If this is how business is usually run, I am not sure how they have received so many 4 and 5 star reviews. Incredibly disappointed in the lack of customer service received with this company and will most definitely be looking to alternative businesses for any future issues.

Had problem with swimspa, sent message and received reply next morning. Came around, diagnosed problem and fixed, all good. Very responsive and knowledgable.

I have been chasing a part for our spa for months. Finally nail it here. So appreciative to find great help.
