I’ve travelled roughly 1,000km every day for 10 days across 4 states, I can’t remember the last time I had a chicken parmi as good as that, food is spectacular. Rooms are vintage hotel with modern touches, can’t go wrong. Had my own balcony. Stop in the old Irish hotel, you won’t regret it.

Amazing food!!! The Balcony Bar you guys were the best! I cannot remember actually wanting to give a review on meals but hats off best steak and lamb we have had in a very long time! We arrived late that night from a long day on the road and staff could not be more helpful with our accomodation and setting a table for us!

First thing I will say about this property is don’t waist your time. Very poor standard as your room is accessible by a dingy lane way (per photo). The room had an adjoining door were there were three noisy kids continuously tried to open. After half an hour I had enough and checked into a far superior property. Very poor property and would not recommend it.

Arrived round 5pm from Perth. Only realised when I got to the room that I'd not been given any wifi info and no information in the room. The service in the balcony restaurant was impeccable. The wait staff very helpful and friendly. Meal nice. Morning. Bottom restaurant doesn't open till 8am. A problem for a lot of travellers is getting breakfast before your job. So out on the search for food and coffee Rooms are what you would expect for an old old hotel. They are old but clean, comfy bed, bathroom small, but as expected. Overall a good experience so far. Wifi password would be handy. Ill ask today.
