Thanks Patrick! I bought a flat pack traditional steam sauna from Custom Built Saunas months back and could not have had a better experience. Patrick was a top bloke and easy to get on with, went out of his way to help me, delivered the sauna and we put it together here, he even brought additional materials to improve the sauna (upgraded element in the heater, insulation and flooring). Even without the additions for saunas around the price range I was looking at in Perth it had a much nicer seamless finish and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend these guys!
