Purchased a sauna from the end of last year. Have had multiple faults with the sauna (cold air seeping in and sauna not reaching desired temp just to name a couple). I contact Spa World, the manager who I bought it off had quit, and the company emails back less than once a month. They say they will fix it, however they still have not replied for almost 2 months. Extremely frustrating as customer service is so poor! What’s the point in having 5yr warranties on the machine if nobody even responds to try fix the issue?

After Initially having a fairly smooth process of deciding on a spa, ordering and giving a sizable deposit last December I still haven't received my Spa.I initially expected it in January, accepted further delays due to shipping and then once it arrived in April was expected to pay the balance so delivery could be made. Balance paid in full on 17th of April and still no contact for delivery. Contacted Spaworld via the website today as no one answers the phone or returns calls. Was informed via Internet chat that the delivery team don't work weekends. I work away and my time at home is erratic so this annoys me more. Cant comment on the Spa as I haven't seen it !!!! Not Happy, if I had my time again I wouldn't of bought it as I wanted it during the summer.

I stopped in late last year to explore what was available etc and spend as little as i could get away with. Quickly realised that not all spas are the same and thanks to the very knowledgable Tiffani and armed with loads of information, i made a purchase a week later for the Vortex Spectrum. This was delivered early January and has been a delight to use thus far. Overall communication and service from Spa World Osbourne Park, WA and of course Tiffani, have been outstanding.
