Had a fantastic 2hrs with some friends upstairs in the spa that we booked all to ourselves ... we all loved the sauna/ice bath challenge and the massage chairs and compression boots had all feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We’re going to make this a monthly social alternative to the pub!

I was visiting Lennox a few weeks ago and had the absolute pleasure of being able to book a 1 hour remedial treatment with Suzy. I have had many massages over the years and I can honestly say that Suzy’s massage was the best I’d ever had. I walked into the Spa with a headache from neck pain and I walked out one hour later without it and felt so much better. Suzy’s knowledge and skill is second to none and I would highly recommend her to everyone. In fact I’m looking at my schedule to see when I can travel back (it’s an over 2 hour drive for me) to treat myself to another one of her massages. I’d also like to say that your receptionist, Olivia is an incredibly sweet, kind and caring young lady, who is to be complemented. I was feeling a little “off” with the headache and neck pain and she helped to make me feel at ease. As I approached the door to your spa to see if there was anything available on the same day, I was a little anxious as some receptionists at Spa’s can be pretty snooty about wanting an appointment on the same day, but Olivia was very warm and welcoming and immediately I felt at ease. She is an asset to your staff. Overall I felt that your Spa is an amazing place and would recommend it to everyone.
