Carhartt WIP manchester

Called in today 18/10/2019 and brought all that I set out to. You have to love it when this happens. The shop is well laid out. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Thanks.

Awesome place, the staff is really really really nice. Yeah that's how nice they are. They don't come and bother you, like some other shops instead they wait and come at the right time. They made me feet at home.I will surely return to this store!

I was served today by a female member of staff with curly hair and a nose piercing, the card machine wasn’t working and didn't let me put my pin in, she extremely rudely said that I must have ‘insufficient funds’ (this was not the case). She also didn’t put student discount on my order after I showed her my card and she said she would. She was being rude the whole time and it was terrible customer service. I dont normally like to complain but she had no place to talk about my 'funds' and has made me not want to return to the store, despite the fact that I used to shop here regularly.

Friendly, attentive, super-efficient staff. Organised my refund for something I'd bought on the internet and was having trouble sending back to Germany. Then got me fitted for some cargo pants which I bought. Advised me about other clothing that I could be interested in. Fab customer service. Thank you.
