Hawaii remedial massage – Gold Coast���Tweed Heads

Most uncomfortable experience I have had. Continually requested cash payment upfront (after I was stripped on the table), cubicle door left open to continue loud conversation between staff, ignored my requests for less pressure/where I needed more attention, remained in the room while I dressed then questioned if I wanted my $10 change. Worst ever.

Very good massage, and massage therapist was nice. The only thing that was disappointing was that my massage finished 8mins before the full hour was up. I have never had this happen before anywhere. When you pay good money for an hour, you should receive the full hour. I did say something to the lady and she then sent another lady in to do a few mins but again still finished 3 mins early. Just felt a bit ripped off.

Let’s just say the massage itself was good but prices displayed did not include gst or the use of good oil which was all extra! They should just display the correct price to begin with! We experienced lots of chatter, phone calls and talking to family during the massage! I did mention my displeasure and things quietened down for a while but then the chatter started again…I had the owner massaging me. I did say to her again it was too noisy and too much talking and that massages are meant to be relaxing but Unfortunately the experience was ruined and I would not recommend a massage and Hawaii Remedial Massage!

Its ok for an oil massage but if you want the back cracked old school I recommend elsewhere, otherwise nice place to get a massage especially if you are a woman

The ladies are great especially Lily I could talk to her for hours her company is cherished. The massages are the best on the Gold Coast. No question about that.
