If there was an option to leave ZERO stars I would . Still waiting for a refund from dec 26th It’s now the 1st of February . Customer service is ABYSMAL! Family member with no Christmas present due to “no stock available” after purchased online in store by one of the staff. Won’t be buying from this store or in fact Lacoste ever again !

No problem with the staff who were friendly and helpful. I bought two identical polo shirts in different colours - same style, same size, same fit apparently. When I got them home there was a significant difference in size - one is at least an inch longer than the other as well and being bigger in all directions. I contacted Lacoste customer services who didn't want to know despite this being appalling quality control from the brand. They just sent me back to the store but that is a significant distance away and will cost me time and petrol. And they wonder why the high street is dying...
