Bubble I have hand to heart just had the best Thai massage I have ever had. Bubble was amazing, she was thorough, constantly caring and the littlest details were not skipped. Down to using warm towels, wrapping the body up when that part of the body is not being worked on. Thank you so much Bubble, I will be back.

Most disappointing experience massage in Australia Booked 90minutes Urban Thai on Elizabeth street through phone call. Asked deep tissue / sports massage when I arrived there as I have general muscle tension recently Arrival time 6:05PM Booking time 6:15PM (few hours earlier through phone call) Entry time 6:20PM (to room) Start time 6:30PM (when staffs back) End time 7:50PM (when staffs left) During 90 minutes session , I only had a short time with right pressure and spot which is initial warm up ( pressing calf for less than a minute, it was a only pressure on right spot) 1. Pressure Asked medium to firm pressure as it will be differ to area sensitivity and tightness however she was not able to conduct firm pressure as I can feel her skill. Just had a look how is it going. After 10mintues, I decided not to ask her to put more pressure as she will not able to perform properly. It is not about the power, knowing how to put a pressure precisely If I asked pressure which I actually needed, she must be exhausted as she need to squeeze for pressure 2. Palpation She does not aware that where to start and where to finish to release Just massaged general area, not right on the spots. It was passing by or just touching area where needed to massaged It was not able to ask her to do on right spot as almost none of muscles were properly palpated. 3. Endanger area When she massage back next to spine, it was pressing vertebrae. She might aim to muscle next to spine but some parts of her hand was pressing spine from start to end (She might use elbow and it is not sensitive enough to feel where it is touching if she is not skilled) She was not aware that what she was pressing vertebrae I do not want to blame the staff as it is not her fault It was not the matter of if she exhausted or not. She might able to conduct other therapy but not for deep tissue Management should have checked and trained her skill. If there was no proper staff for the service, they should have noticed.
