I presented at True North Wellness (First Visit) yesterday with severe back pain for a Remedial Mass

I presented at True North Wellness (First Visit) yesterday with severe back pain for a Remedial Massage. Mel gave an excellent Massage which has already resulted in less pain. BUT we talked about many things and I left feeling much more mobile, lighter and brighter with a bounce in my step. I found her to be a very good masseuse AND an all round good human being and would not hesitate to recommend her services. She talked about possibly starting a Mindful Meditation Course. Make it happen Mel. See you at Pilates soon 💫
