Very disappointing, I called and booked for a massage at Port Beauty massage and requested a particular masseuse. I was given a time and told I would get the masseuse I requested. When I arrived at Port Beauty Massage I could see my booking on their books but for some reason I was asked to go to another business that they own outside that was not the place I booked at, (Port Massage). When I got to Port Massage the receptionist had no idea what was going on asking me if I had a booking. Eventually he organised a booking to which I had to wait another 30 minutes and also promised me I would get the masseuse I requested. When the time finally arrived I was put in a room up near the lunch room, not relaxing a lot of chatter and dryers going and to NO surprise it wasn’t the masseuse I had requested. I had enough disappointment by this stage and quietly being respectful of the other clients trying to enjoy their massage declined mine. I had been given a voucher for Port Beauty massage by my wife for my birthday which I was trying to use on the day, so after I declined the massage because of all the accumulation of disappointing treatment I again quietly asked for a refund for the voucher to which you guessed it, no refund, didn’t try to argue and just left. I have been to Port Massage before and it’s never been a great experience the place feels like a back alley Thailand establishment, the masseuses constantly chat to each other, this is why I was hoping for a better experience at Port Beauty, but not to be.
