Ordered two items for my kitchen. Jim was very helpful, and had the goods delivered on time.ordered a Blomberg dryer and Bosch washing machine.

Avoid like the plague! Dishwasher spinner came off so I called them to come out and fix it. Guy told me I needed a new spinner and would cost 110 pounds for the part and service. I agreed but would have to wait for the spinner to be ordered. The very next day I was chatting to my neighbour about my dishwasher. He thought 110 was a bit steep so he had a look. It was a 2 second job. He snapped it back in and it worked! Don't believe this company tried to ripped me off!

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the woman in the shop! Made a special trip to find a new dryer belt, instead of talking to me like a human she went into a rant as I didn't have the model number of the dryer. I did however have the part number on the old belt. "I can't find it off this!" I assured her that I'd found the part on eBay and Amazon, "this isn't eBay, it's a shop and I need the proper number!" You have the proper number, "its not good enough I need the model number!" And this my friends is why the high street is dying, a little bit of civility and I probably would have ordered the part. But a complete waste of my time effort and fuel. Ordered the part off Amazon, the computer said "Thank you for your order it will be delivered to your house monday".

Avoid!!! Bought integrated washing machine, they charged me for the installation service; a rude scruffy man posing as engineer made a mess out of it and ruined my kitchen by damaging the unit’s high gloss door. Attempted to resolve it peacefully but they are responding with rude messages. As soon as a warning of litigation has been issued, they started harassing me and texting after 10 pm with threats. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Once again excellent service from Sale domestic had to replace my fridge, freezer and dryer. Paul delivered them and set them up. Problem with the freezer was replaced with in 48hrs. No hidden costs, delivery, set up, abd packaging removed. I was recommended to sale domestic and I would recommend them. Excellent

All my appliances were delivered on time and expertly fitted. Individual service tailored to suit my needs. Would highly recommend to anyone.

John worked tirelessly to remove a dishwasher that was originally poorly fitted. He couldn't do it at the first attempt so came back for a second time and was successful. John was courteous throughout. I cannot thank him enough for persevering where others would have given up. Highly recommend this fantastic company.
