I was visiting the store the other day, and I handed a CD to the man behind the counter; I finished this interaction with the words "thanks, pal", which the shop assistant took great umbrage with. This Is the exact interaction: Me: "Thanks, pal" Shopkeeper: "Did you just call me pal, then?" Me: "Yes?" Shopkeeper: "I don't like the word pal. Please do not say that again, thanks" Shopkeeper: "I've always found the word pal to be aggressive, but you can call me mate. I find the word pal intensely annoying" I found his reaction hostile, and as somebody who suffers with social anxiety, this upset me considerably . I would of expected a better level of customer service from Vinyl Exchange. I will be spending my money, else where, from now on.

Really disappointed. I brought 12 Beatles albums to be valued. They was only interested in six because of condition. So they offered £50 on the six they wanted included in them was The White album and Sgt peppers. I bought Sgt Peppers from them two and a half years ago for £60!!! I would not trust them. Ever.
