WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Shannon the owner of this business is very rude, loves conflict and is so unprofessional. I got my baby daughters ears done from Cassie and another therapist at this day spa and they pierced them uneven. I was rushed, you could hardly see in the room barely no lighting in there, they didn’t measure my daughters ears or ask me to double check her ears as they were rushing. I went back to show them her ears and Cassie the therapist said “I’m pulling all pins on this, I’m not going to do babies ears anymore because of this” this does not sound like she is confident in what she does if she’s “qualified in piercing children and babies ears” she then told me her boss will give me a call and discuss a refund or something. So I received a message not a call from Shannon the boss how unprofessional! I now have wasted $70 on this service that turned into a nightmare! I didn’t get an apology or a refund.. I have to take this further and go through the department of fair trading. Please if you’re thinking about going here DON’T save yourself the disappointment of this unprofessional day spa.

Amazing place!! All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and amazing treatments with really good prices! Highly recommend getting treatments done here!

It was my first time at Ambiance Day Spa. I used to go there many many years ago however ever after a very bad experience I never went back. So I decided to give them another go as it had changed ownership. Well it was one of the best experiences I ever had. They were very attentive and explained what was happening in ever stage. The Salon was spotless, the girls were incredibly polite and my experience was 1st class. I have no hesitation in recommending Ambiance Day Spa.
