Very busy centre, adequate staff to attend to your issue. The staff are nice & willing to assist. Issues are treated very fast. Enough sitting place to wait while your issue is being sorted out. You can make use of wifi while you wait patiently for your request. It is equally a nice place to take your kids to. There is a section for kids to play.

I made a booking for a passcode reset at 4.30pm and it was super busy and got delayed 30 min,, probably because it was a Saturday. Other than that, the service provided was excellent and the guy that attended me was super friendly. We were having really interesting conversations, while the phone was resetting. Worth going!

For my first visit into the store, I will be revisiting again. The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate your every need. They will check all deals and make your visit special. The shop is well laid out and easy to walk around. A shop for all your Apple products and services.

This store is great loads of staff members to help you out with everything you need. I was looking for a new phone and the help I received was fantastic. I would recommend popping in and checking out what they have in-store.

Friendly staff in there. Despite it being a sales environment always make the effort to help with any questions/queries. Appreciate the fact that the adviser in there made sure the phone was right for us in terms of features and specs. All round a good ans painless visit.

strange service. They have no respect for the client

My boyfriend and I were served by Harley (Pretty sure that's his name! Tall with transparent glasses :)) today and we were blown away with how friendly he was!! We came in looking for an apple watch and the customer service provided was just amazing! It was clear he knew a lot about the products and was just overall a lovely guy to chat to :) we never felt pressured to rush either, so this was really nice.

I feel utterly disgusted with employee behavior and discriminatory policies. Due to medical problems I could not wear a face mask, I showed the staff the exemption card and I been told I am not allowed in the shop and I have to do the shopping online . I explain very clear I actually want to see the devices I want to spend money before I buy them but the answer was a negative one …. Nobody is above the law and this problems will be sorted in the court under equality act 2010 so apple will learn to respect protected characteristics . AVOID !!!

Location good,car parking expensive. Staff friendly and supportive. Lots of shops only down side, expected some live entertainment for kids, like clowns and live music, to enhance the atmosphere.

As a technologist and professional technician, I have worked with many Apple products but never owned an Apple product. I much rather prefer the greater flexibility and highly customisable Android OS. Plus, Manchester City Council are far too greedy and disrespectful towards people wanting to park their car. I stay well clear of Manchester and much rather visit Cheshire Oaks instead where parking is free.
