Recently purchased a car on PCP and had an issue with it, immediately took it in, the friendly service team member called Ryan spoke to me on the phone, updated me regularly. When purchasing the vehicle I dealt with Daniel, Shane and Omar. All friendly, knowledgeable staff, no issues and great deals.

Very helpful great place to buy your next car

I took my car to seat York for a new heater matrix an expansion tank and full flush they charged me £1,215.88 which I thought that was very expensive but I needed the car. One day later driving along and the same problem is showing again. I will never purchase a Seat again and definitely never go to Seat YORK again This problem is ongoing the silicon bag in the tank burst and blocks all the water system.

We called in on 31st December and no one even said hello not even the guy cleaning the floors

My grandson’s was booked in for its second Covid restricted service today. This year was much better than the severe restrictions of last year. I still had to book a sit and wait appointment but seating was far better and tea and coffee was back on which was great . My service advisor Ryan was perfect, very helpful and attentive while I waited. The video of the car was useful and I cannot fault the company.. this is definitely a go the further mile organisation .. thank you so much Mike

Recently purchased a used car from DM Keith and the whole experience was pain free and efficient. The car was as described and in fantastic condition when it arrived which was the only concern I had previously with not being able to view it in person before deciding to place my order.
