Booked in for a 30 minute relaxation massage. They insisted on 45 minutes, brought out the hot stones without asking. Did hard remedial style massage and repeatedly told me no when I tried to say not this hard, I want to relax. Ended up going for 55 minutes, tried to charge me $80 instead of the $50 I expected, then settled on $75. Not good enough.

Appalled at the service from here. Received a Groupon voucher as a gift & our massage was postponed

Appalled at the service from here. Received a Groupon voucher as a gift & our massage was postponed due to COVID twice & now we’ve been informed our voucher is expired & to contact Groupon. Meanwhile they’ve claimed the Groupon voucher & been paid… how ridiculous. Will NEVER EVER be going here for a massage
