Turned up at my appointment and was told there would be no HICAPS even when HICAPs is advertised. Was offered $20 below the full price, but told I couldn't claim on my private health. This meant a difference + $40, even with this -$20 discount. Issues with claiming on private health have happened everytime myself or my husband have had an appointment here. This time however, I was 35 weeks pregnant and had paid a babysitter so that I could attend the appointment. I received an (what felt like a begrudged) apology but no clear explanation on why I wasn't called and informed of this before I had arrived at my appointment.

Highly recommend the staff at Newcastle Muscle Pain Solutions for their understanding and caring each time I have visited. Coming away relaxed and pain free says it all.

I had a 1.5hr massage booked in with Sue, my car wouldn't start, then my motorbike wouldn't start and I ended up being half an hour late. I was really stressed when I got there and she put my mind and body at ease, she was so accommodating and then at the end only charged me for the hour even though it was my fault I was late! I said I would pay the whole 1.5hrs but she wouldn't let me. Such a kind soul and I feel so much better after a wonderful massage :) thanks Sue

Love this place - super friendly and accommodating staff and amazing remedial massage! (I’m very particular with that and these guys are the best I’ve had in a long time!) can’t recommend this place highly enough 😊
