very disappointed my 1 hour started when i entered the place not when my massage started I was left in a bed almost fell a sleep waiting for my massage to start. The person asked if I was sore I told her my neck and shoulder. My massage started good but was swapped to another person who was not instructed properly and actually massaged what had already been done before so not only was I cut short in my time but some of my massage was done twice.and when it came to my shoulder and neck which I have been in tears in pain sine the 30th of December they would of even had 4 minutes of massage. In the past I have highly recommend this place to many people but not any more very disappointed and upset
