Huge step up from our previous estate agent. Sophie oversaw our move and was on top of everything. I didn't have to wait days on end for responses to emails or call backs. She was lovely to speak to and knew exactly what she was doing. It was a nice change to not have to be the one who was chasing everything - she provided me with updates regularly. Their financial adviser, Gareth, is also a gent! Any problems are always sorted ASAP.

I moved the management of my property to Reeds Rains a couple of months ago after a bad experience with a previous agent and I am very glad I made the move. All the staff are professional and most importantly handle all matters efficiently and promptly which is invaluable. I was very impressed at how quickly and smoothly they were able to checkout my previous tenant and found a new one in record time! Sophie and Ben have been wonderful in keeping me informed of progress at every stage of the old and new tenancy and look forward to continuing to do business with them. I highly recommend this agency. Unfortunately had to revise my original review, even though the branch staff were great at finding a new tenant, the maintenance team were a nightmare and after costing me thousands of pounds I've had to terminate my property management agreement. Would recommend for tenant finding but not for property management.

Sophie was very helpful during the process of renting out my flat. She always explained things clearly so that I understood everything. The photos looked great and Reeds Rains found tenants very quickly. Steve and Ben have also been really approachable and great at providing advice throughout. Recommend them to anyone planning on renting out their property.

We completed the sale of our apartment in Salford last month through Reeds Rains. We were extremely happy with the service provided by the Reeds Rains Salford team at every step of the selling process. They were friendly, efficient and informative, quickly finding us a buyer and regularly chasing matters up for us. In particular, Kath did a great job especially during the final stages in constantly following up with our buyer to speed things along. I would also commend Nick, Lewis and Ben for their valuable assistance with the sale. Finally, I should also mention Reeds Rains mortgage adviser, Curtis Maher, who did excellent work in securing our mortgage to enable the purchase of our next property. Very well done to the Reeds Rains Salford team!

Had the house on the market for 2 months with Reeds Rains and got nothing, switched to Hills and they had the house sold within 2 days without them even posting the house up anywhere! One of the agents also admitted to stealing and opening post from another property but justifying it saying the house is empty. There is so much emotion when selling houses so please be careful who you trust, these people will have the key to your house!

Nick Bleasdale did an excellent job marketing and selling our flat. He achieved a strong price and was exceptional at chasing the sale through to exchange and completion. I could not recommend him highly enough.

5/ 5

We decided to sell one of our well maintained, fully equipped and 'ready to go' rental properties in Salford. Having been appreciative of the service offered by the Reeds Raines Salford branch on Littleton Road on a previous sale, we decided once more to ask them to market the property on our behalf. Lewis Sewell visited and his valuation was at the top end of the market for the type of property and the location. His professionalism, local knowledge and clear explanation of Reeds Rains' terms and conditions gave me the confidence to put the sale once again into the hands of his branch. After the initial formalities, we were impressed by the efforts of Kathryn, (overseeing the sale), Ben and Nick, to arrange and manage viewings and how they kept us 'in the loop'. Kathryn and the team dealt with our queries in a prompt and customer friendly manner. From the branch's list of potential but-to-let investors and other interested buyers, some 20+ viewings took place within 2 weeks of the property going on the market. One investor made an offer more than 10K above the asking price. Completion was yesterday. Our thanks go to all the Littleton Road team for their excellent work and valued customer service on our behalf, in bringing about the stress-free sale of our property.
