Such a wonderful experience. Perfect mix of relaxation but also if you are hurting, Helen really knows her stuff. Helen is so knowledgeable and really caters to the individual. Book early as Helen gets booked out around 2 months in advance, it's because she's that good! Cancellation list available too, so give her a call!

I've been receiving massages from Helen for years, and she really is the best massage therapist I've ever had. Everything about the experience at Padma Massage is relaxing and refreshing. The walk through the garden to the little hut is so pleasant. The room always looks and smells beautiful (and not overpowering)! Apart from her skill, Helen has an empathic and instinctive ability to see what her clients need from massage. Book in! Go! You will be so happy you did.

This woman is a legend! Helen is truly gifted and is living her calling. I have never experienced a massage like it. Helen is so skilled at being able to tap into physical blockages and tension and release it, allowing pain and restriction to dissipate. Her gentle disposition and innate wisdom make for a sublime experience, I cannot recommend her highly enough!
