EXACTLY what you want from a remedial massage! James has in incredible knowledge of the the muscular-skeletal systems and understands how your body should be functioning and moving. This is not exactly a relaxing experience but you will definitely leave feeling and functioning better. James also provided me with some great tips to continue improving my mobility and ways to kick start a core strengthening program. I will definitely be continuing my treatment and am excited for my next appointment.

I saw James for remedial massage throughout my pregnancy. It was transformational. He helped with neck and back pain and also with some gentle mobility exercises. James is a true professional and was very diligent about ensuring each massage experience was safe and comfortable.

I just wanted to thank you for helping with my broken collarbone. I have had tried other places/ and got told I would have to have reconstruction surgery on my shoulder/collarbone to try and fix it, and I have had this pain/injury for over 10 years and haven’t had one result! And I have had 5 sessions and I don’t have any pain or tightness in my shoulder/neck/collarbone, you tell him what is the pain is thinking he won’t know what you are on about and bam he gets it straight away! I can’t thank you enough James! He really knows his stuff… Thanks again, Amy gall

Being someone who trains intensely year round, incorporating regular massage into my routine over the last 12 months has been the thing that has made a significant difference to my training and recovery. James has not only helped me get more out of my training, but he has also helped restore function to my hip, which caused ongoing pain and limitation for years. James is an absolute wealth of knowledge, I never stop learning from him. He is so passionate about what he does, and truly is on the top tier when it comes to massage.
