Not sure I should say how good it was as I'm afraid we won't be able to book in again as it will be booked out! Wonderful experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the therapeutic massage with just the right amount of pressure and friendly staff. Added bonus was being able to use the spa, sauna and steam room beforehand without having to bring my own towel or robe

I have been going to Alysium for 4 years now and usually opt for the on the go bliss package or whatever offer is on at the time. I've never had a single complaint, I find the prices to be the best in Sydney, staff always really welcoming and treatments always 10 out of 10. I always arrive qn hour before to make use of the pool and steam room. I'll be booking up again soon for sure.

Massage and facial were really nice. The girls performing them were amazing. BUT THIS IS NOT A DAY SPA. The "saunas" are in a gym area. 2/4 were out of order. Hot tub was out of order. Pool was not relaxing. The ceiling was full of water damage and the facilities were clearly not well managed. There is nowhere to go and relax (read, nap, ect.) For 400+$ this was not worth it. It is false advertising to call it a day spa instead of just a massage parlor (especially since the prices suggest it is a full spa). I only gave an extra star for the fantastic ladies who did the actual treatment. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Lovely staff and great service. In particularly I loved the therapist Apple. She was very caring and would love to come back to receive further treatments from her.

Alfonso and his team were very accommodating and wonderful. We had a few adjustments and they were quick to help give us the best possible experience. Massage was great, clean and very relaxing!
