Formosa Wellness – Rockhampton

Hi, I would like to share how much I was impressed with today's service. The young lady that did my treatments is great. I have been to Formosa two times now. Both times I was surprised with the level of care and professionalism that was given. She is very precise and thorough and made me feel relaxed, welcome, respected, pampered and beautiful. She even allowed me to add on another treatment which I had forgotten to book. My eyebrows havnt looked better in a long time. I normally get my treatments done in a different town, as that's where I live but after two very impressive visits to Formosa I'm starting to think that I'll be visiting more often. Thankyou

I was really pleased with how thorough the microdermabrasion was - face, neck and décolletage. The face, neck, head and shoulder massages throughout were bliss. The treatment was definitely value for money. My therapist was Amy and I highly recommended her.

It is sad that every great staff member I know has now quit. I am interested to understand what the owner has done for this to happen as to my understanding it is only Amy working there now. My partner is from out of town (2hours) and THREE times in the past the manager has rescheduled her appointment as she is allergic to the products. I don’t see why you would be advertising and booking people in for treatments if you cannot perform them. I thought it was great that we could always book the night before for a 2 hour treatment but there is no point trying with this overpriced and under delivering beauty salon.
