Have had my lashes done by Shelby twice, the last time was a really bad experience. Full set done in

Have had my lashes done by Shelby twice, the last time was a really bad experience. Full set done in 40 mins and the lashes looked cheap and rushed. I wasn’t given a mirror to have a look at my lashes when she was done, she just walked straight to the front counter with no aftercare instructions or anything. Shelby isn’t very welcoming and the experience felt really uncomfortable. The worst part of this experience was that she let me walk out of that salon with a ridiculous amount of loose lashes all over my face and didn’t even tell me. She spoke to me at the front counter and processed my payment so she would have seen them. I was so embarrassed when I walked into a nearby coffee shop and the staff member there had to tell me. Such a horrible way to treat paying clients, lazy and unprofessional. It’s just not good enough and I do not recommend Shelby’s services. Cannot speak for the services offered by other staff members as I have had nothing else done but lashes at Envy.
