Received a deep tissue full body massage. Therapist did a great job and knew what she was doing. Comfortable and relaxing and well worth the money.

Terrible massage last two times now. Constantly talking/yelling at eachother in a different language and laughing. She would leave the room alot without explanation and it was so painful and uncomfortable, I asked her to be softer 3 times and was scoffed at. My head is bruised and I've had a headache all day. Worst service in mackay

Very inexperienced masseuse. I asked for neck head shoulders and got only back. Too hard from the start, asked her 3 time to go softer, she just laughed and continued at that pressure. The massage was rushed and rough and terrible. No warming up of the muscles as I am extremely knotty and tight so rushing straight into and rubbing it the wrong way can cause damage. She ran her elbows across my spine left to right and back again. It felt terrible and way too hard. I’m in so much pain now feeling all bruised! Hardly any oil so hands were very dry. I hope I don’t get any spine or nerve damage from them as my fingers and hands feel numb. Will never go back. Honestly the worse massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had more than 100 over the years. I told the lady at the front and she laughed too, didn’t understand, hardly spoke English!

Had to pay cash because EFTPOS wasn’t working. Paid for oil massage yet we didn’t get oil. Asked for harder pressure four times and did not receive harder pressure. Both therapists used the same technique and pressure on the same spots the whole time. It was clear they have not received any real training. It felt as if the therapists were trying to rush the whole massage and not pay attention to their service quality or client comfort. Both massage therapists left mid massage MULTIPLE times without saying anything to attend the desk. WORST massage me and my husband have ever had. Do not give this terrible service your money. Would give it a zero star rating if this was an option.
