Neonails North Orange – orange

Called to enquire about opening hours as reflected online. The man that answered the phone was rude and dismissed my question. Said it doesn’t matter what time it is online and proceeded to hang up on me. Don’t waste your time. Would give them no stars but google won’t allow me.

I am very fuzzy about image of a nail salon ... but I am very impressed with neonails in north orange. There are the best nails in town 😁😁

I normally like to put good reviews for businesses. Specially after Covid. But I wrote this negative one because I think no one with what he did should get away with it. I did my nails here before once and had to pay only cash as they do not accept cards. Their machine is sitting right there! Obviously helps with not accurate income report. Today I went there as I had one shellac nail chipped. Asked politely if he could fix my one nail that takes what? 5 min? He said he had an appointment and couldn’t do it. I asked politely if I could come back. He said no, we won’t do that. I was disappointed, told him that and added I would not come back here for this reason. He suddenly got very rude and aggressive and said, don’t come back! we don’t want you here!’Get out! I was 😮😮 - I was shocked! trembling from this behavior. And then he moves his hands towards me, yeah get out don’t come back! You said it now get out! Do you want to stay here all day?’I am still in shock as I am writing this. And sure enough 10 min later still no customer! I did my shopping from woolies and on my way back he was still sitting behind his counter! No customer! He just didn’t want to give me the service as it was probably not worth the money!$5? not worth the effort! Which I don’t care! But what I care is I refuse to be bullied by the man! He could have been polite about not wanting to give the service and handle a customer disappointment with grace, specially because I was being polite in giving feedback. I did report this to North Orange shopping centre manager, and my cleaner, my friends and my family. As my cleaner said, it’s small community and if he treats customers like that, no one will go back! And we all talk. Word of mouth. Time for bullying women is over! Cost nothing to be polite. Bad customer service plus bullying! Plus expensive work, plus only cash. Not recommended!
