A HUGE thank you to Ben who absolutely made our day on our visit today! The BEST customer service I have ever received… a free hot donut on arrival (and an eye for detail to ensure the member of our group who nipped to the toilet didn’t miss out), smiley, polite, made our drinks super quickly, ensured our entire order was right and made sure we felt super welcomed & super looked after. Even made sure to ask if any of us had any NHS/blue light/student cards!!!! So incredibly thankful for such a lovely end to a long day of shopping. Thank you Ben - you’re a delight!!!!!!

Fantastic doughnuts, kids loved the Christmas themed one, snowman was tasty. Good offers if you buy lots, probably end up looking like a snowman. Good coffee and a comfy place to much and catch up with friends. Kids loved watching the doughnuts being made and rolling off the production line.

Maybe they were having an off day or short staffed..It was my first visit there and everything was filthy..Your feet stuck to the floor no matter where you tried to walk to avoid it..A half arsed attempt had been made to try and clean the floor with slippery floor signs here and there but that along with not a single clean table or seat just put me off... My missus had really hyped this place up and assured me I'd love it..she spends a lot in there and uses it frequently and said she had never seen it like that before.. So maybe I should give it another try at a later date.. It's not donuts as I know them.. I don't rate the coffee but the glazed buns are pretty good..
