Went to collect a personalized cookie for my son's 18th birthday today only to find it had been made

Went to collect a personalized cookie for my son's 18th birthday today only to find it had been made on a heart base and not round as per order. Luckily they had a spare base and asked us to return in 20 minutes. However was so disappointed with the cookie as it was so obvious it had been rushed and looked awful. The writing didn't fit and no care had been taken. Spoilt my sons 18th birthday.
