made a call to them. A very patient staff answered my phone and it was pretty good experience though they didn’t solve my problem.

Their services are very slow, but staff are ok. It is not far from Chinatown.

Terrible service. Staffs there just treat customers like interrogating criminals. Is it that hard to just be a bit nice??? I wish I don’t need to go there a second time :(

Inefficient, rude and inexperienced staffs, totally incredible that people are banking with this bank! I shall advise my folks to leave this awful bank. C’mon people, why would you give your hard earned money to this bank so that they can use it to fund their activities and pay their staffs, in turn, are rude to you? You are The customers and money lenders to them!!! Unbelievable!

I feel like they do things in an over complicated inefficient way . Never have I ever had to write so much down in a bank? There is a really sweet man who is very helpful . There is is woman I took awhile to find something on my phone she started screaming saying I don’t have time for this . If I was a white persona would you do that ?! I doubt it ! It’s a joke they treat you like you owe them something and they are doing you a favour! Get a grip you aren’t in Asia now and that is not customer service !
