Not enough counters for the customer base. Not open on Thursday and doesn’t open until 10am when it is open. As an TBS business customer, I now have to use NatWest to pay my takings into my account. Staff are always slow and a visit often takes over half an hour to do exactly the same as something that took 5 minutes maximum at the old RBS branch. I’ve just typed this entire review whilst being at the front of the queue and I’ve still not been seen, even though one woman is just stood there not serving.

Be prepared to wait over half an hour everytime I visit this branch the staff cannot handle the customer capacity. The staff are rude and clearly do not want to be there. Dread any visit I have to make.
