Just to say I was very impressed with 5 star service I got it from janab Ibrahim sahib very pleasant and professional, I traveled approximately 80miles for biometric and it was worth it janab Ibrahim sahib gave some forms to fill and if not sure don’t worry I will sort it out , I thought that was very nice of him , he was dealing with other customers as well,so I would definitely recommend this branch m.Ilyas Doncaster South Yorkshire

Very poor customer service. Lady working at counter could not even give correct information on how to open an account. When asked to send money apparently her system was down and did not know when it would be up and running. What a way to run a bank.

Trying to get your money when your ISA matures is a nightmare. My husbands ISA matured a few months ago. We filled in the relevant forms stating where we wanted the money to go then received an email at maturity saying they’d rolled our money over into another ISA! Had daily phone calls trying to get our money, after two weeks the money was in the correct account. I have an ISA that has just matured, again I completed the form as to where I wanted the money to go & AGAIN received an email saying the money had been rolled over, what is the point of sending out forms that they totally ignore. I phoned them on Tuesday & was told the money would be in my account by close of business, it never happened. Phoned them yesterday and was told it would be sorted & the money would be in my account. Just looked this morning and still no money. I’m furious, yet another call needs to be made today. In all my years of having ISA’s i’ve always received the money on the day of maturity. Thankfully this is the last one I have with UBL, I will NEVER deal with them again.
