I hurt my lower back 1.5 weeks ago when I was power mowing to get the lawn nice for Christmas Day. I tried ice pack and heat pack and even when went to a physio but it only slightly reduced the pain and muscle soreness. This morning I woke in great pain and was lucky to book a massage with Bev. 12hrs later and I still feel great and have no more back pain at all! Bev even found some tight shoulder blades i didn't know existed and they feel great too now!!! Highly recommended!!!
