You know I so won't to sing their praises but it seems to be slip up after slip up now. I'm old school. I believe in going into my bank. They are handllng my money after all. Ive had over a period of eighteen months mistake made by teller and a subsequent call to inform. Then there were iffy card machines which require almost all six lottery numbers to work on occasion then this morning i observed at least five staff members but only one serving! Both customers in front had lengthy transactions. Approached by a guy in a suit i was informed they now only have one teller on! So ehen queuing out the door only one on. News to me. There were two last week, the week before and the week before that. Some of us have to go to work after. Should i tell you what really irritates me..? When a member of staff sits at the till doing their paperwork' oblivious or purpisely blind to the wait times of customers. Get your act together and speak from the same song book. Please.
