Probably one of the worst customer service experiences. Not only the staff were not able to assist and guide me through basic banking operations (switching to a different account) but also worryingly rude and unprefessional. The customer advisor, who presented herself as 'Just Lucy' was getting frustrated, mimicking me, and raised her voice throughout the whole dialogue, or shall I say - monologue, when she could not answer simple queries. At the end of it all, to my surprise,I was being blamed for being rude. Really poor experience, dissapointed with Lloyds as a whole. I have been a customer of Lloyds for over 10 years, and never have I experienced anything like this. It must be a branch-thing, and hopefully the rest of the Lloyds Group are reasonable and care about their customers.

Very bad staff, went to summit or scan my ID for my online business banking application and the staff never put it through and i was ask to go back again and do it again, regardless of the fact that i bank with Lloyds already. How am i sure even if i leave my work & kids, go again some one will actually do the job right this time. A complete waste of time. Need to find a better bank.

Been with lloyds for years. This is the branch I go to if I'm in need to speak to someone about my account. I had a query about a transaction and the man at the help desk who happened to be the manager of the branch was so helpful and took time to explain to me what had happened and sorted my problem there and then. Very pleasant and I would recommend going into this branch if you have any issues.

We've been trying to open Isa saver accounts for our kids, been into branch multiple times and an excuse every time. Oh the tablets not working, there's no one available at this moment in time, it doesn't matter if you bring official documents birth certificates and british passports etc. The children need to come with you but we know you can't because were not open weekends and close at 15:30 its pretty poor service considering we're trying to put money into your bank for a fixed term of 18 years.

We came here many time, and today The lady and the young guy work in bank very very rude. First, the lady knew we need transfer from business account for many times, she said here only do cashier, can't transfer for us! Excuse me, I came here every month, only you said can't do it for us. Then the lady let the young guy service us, but the young guy just said I come later, then stand beside the lady, even he nothing to do, oh, he check the cash then give to the lady, stand back again. And even not busy, they won't service us!!! Later what the young guy say: if you can't wait, you can go now! Unbelievable they can speak' you can go' as a bank staff who service the people , very bad service and rude guys, Very rude!!!!!! What the lady said can't take photo for security! Excuse me, if I not take the photos, how let customs to know you are good service or rubbish ? By the way, I didn't take the photo in front of your computer, stealing your secret, I am the law-abiding citizen!so I don't understand why people like that can work here. Banks are very important national institutions, if you do not have patience and professional service attitude, do not feel very ashamed to work here?

My name is Junrung Konkong . I beg for mercy from the way Bank please help Regarding the tracking of my money being tricked into transferring to your bank on 11th June (Thailand time), I followed all bank procedures for requesting to suspend the transfer on Saturday 12th. June (Thailand time) I know the representative bank that made my transfer from Bangkok Bank. have contacted Lloyds bank I'm waiting for an answer, which is my only hope left. Please help me it's a small amount for your bank but it's very valuable to me and my daughter. I believe that a leading bank like you, which is accepted by many Thais, will be able to do small things in tracking my money back very soon. Best regards Junrung konkong
