I slipped on their wet steps & hurt my back. They tried blaming fallen leaves but there were none and further claimed there is no cctv camera on their entrance which there is, as you would expect for a bank. They are unhelpful, unsympathetic, dismissive liars...

Shocking customer service. Rude staff and don't appreciate being spoken to like I'm an idiot. Switched banks as soon as I could get away

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Ive always got through quickly on the phone too and always resolved any problems quickly. Can't praise them enough.

I don't like the website because I tried to apply for a loan and then the website crashed on me truly upsetting

Fantastic staff and manager. Massive amount of support and help after I was scammed on-line. I have always found NatWest a great bank to be with and have been with them for around 25 years.Thank you for the beautiful flowers they really cheered me up

I find the staff at this branch really helpful and have been a customer for 30+ years. What I do have an issue with, is how can they be closed on a Saturday? I work full time and can't get to the bank between 10am and 3pm Mon-Fri. It's so inconvenient.

10-3pm mon to fri opening...no idea when anyone who works csn physically get there...wanted to open a bank account for my son but have him with me..impossible!! Also want to pick up some cheques..impossible!! Unless I take time off work!!..

Shocking/useless

I was on the phone to 2 young men who really helped me with my query! Nothing was a problem to them ! Thank you to mike(I think) and Thomas both working from home!!
