Update: the owner has since contacted me and has been very pleasant to deal with and we are working on a solution to my stubborn brows. I had wanted to get my eyebrows micro-bladed for some time. I saved up the money and booked an appointment. It took 2 months to book in for an appointment and I had taken time off work to book in. 1 hour before my appointment it was cancelled because Bianca was sick- understandable. Bianca was great and worked within my long work schedule to re-book. I took time off for the perfection visit 4 weeks later and again- this was cancelled. Bianca once again was accommodating and worked around me to re-book. My eyebrows do not look like the pictures you see on the website. I understand everyone is different and Bianca had said I could have a 3rd perfection visit which was included in the cost. Trying to book this in has been like pulling teeth. Now that I have paid in full, almost $700 mind you, no one is accommodating at all to try and get me in. I have given them multiple times that I am available and I just keep getting the same answer- we will call you back- Bianca isn't available any of those times. For the last 6 weeks I have been trying to book this in. After multiple phone calls I went in today to buy shampoo and to book a hair appointment (which I also can't get in for it would seem) and mentioned that I was having issues booking in my brows and Claudia who had been taking all my calls and not following them up for me was sitting next to the girl I was talking to and I could see her LITERALLY rolling her eyes and shaking her head. It was so rude and disrespectful. It would seem that now they have my money and this third appointment gives them no incentive to book me in that I am nothing but a nuisance to them. Very disappointed, do not recommend!
