Dreadful service. Queued for ages to pay a bill and to make a withdrawal from an account. Complained to staff member who said he would not talk to me. Then counter staff were very flustered stating they absolutely agreed that service was extremely poor and not good enough especially since The RBS across the road closed and this Branch only received one extra staff member. Not good enough and I like many others will be voting with my feet ant moving my accounts

Review given. No staff to help customers with matters concerning their account and always long waiting queues. Any matters regarding discussing an RBS account and your told to go to the City Centre when Natwest is owned by RBS so the service they offer should be the same. Staff overall are doing their best it's the top brass who are screwing customer service to save every single penny and pound to increase the billions the banks make.

Absolutely terrible service at this branch, specifically from Damien Back who struggled to do the most basic of tasks (empty promises)! I would hesitate to recommend the branch or Natwest after my experience with Damien.
