Pathetic banking services. Shame on ICICI Bank.

a pony tail fellow at the front so happy to turn away the customers and nibble chips,typical rude Indian behaviour from the staff,someone 'd tell them they are not the owner of the bank!

Building is dilapidated. Looks creepy.

I experience that too staff are rude especially the female staff

My husband and I have been a customer of ICICI bank UK, Manchester branch since it’s opening at Manchester. This bank has been a soul of India in the UK. Success of any bank depends upon it’s employees and I feel proud to mention that the bright, smiling and ever helpful attitude of the employees has made this bank so special and close to our hearts. Not even a single time I have been let down by their efforts!! Brilliant job guys ... keep it up!!!
