Nobody at information desk and had to make myself aware to staff to be told they're not using it, instead of them seeing me just stand there. Had to go elsewhere.

The service here is quite slow, when i went in there was 1 person waiting in the que in front of me, while waiting another 3 people joined the que behind me... In this time 2 different people walked into the back counter area saw the que but did nothing, it wasnt until the 1 single man on a counter called back to them that a young girl came and took the next customer. anyway after getting to the counter service was quick and efficient.

Absolute waste of time Natwest banks. Tried to open an account online and their was a problem with uploading my passport so i rang up to see if i could book in a branch i was told i was 4th in the queue and could opt for a call back which i did one hour later still no call back so i rang again and was in a queue for 23 minutes so i just put the phone down. If i cant actually get through to anyone when ever i ring then i dont want an account with them. Ill go elsewhere.
