I cannot thank Simon Greenwood enough! After having a really bad experience with Halifax over the phone all week and several wasted hours, Simon was able to resolve the matter in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely polite and understanding and made sure we got what we needed. Thank you so much Simon!

1/ 5

This branch made me give up getting an account from Halifax! I went through the application process online for a basic current account and there was only identity document check left. I went to this branch about lunch time on a weekday, it was dark inside, only about two staff can be seen in total and all staff were wearing casual wear as like I just went into a normal pub! The young lad at reception asked me to wait for a few minutes to see if there was anyone available to check my document, came back with his big laugh face left from funny chat inside, telling me nobodys available. I was told to go to another branch. Totally disappointed experienced this gave up the idea of using then at all. Ended up in a HSBC nearby got a current account as well as a credit card in a very short time, much better service.
