I am really disappointed with this salon. I have already been here twice and the first time had good service. The second time I was told my appointment had been booked incorrectly and had to wait for 40 minutes for my stylist to become available. The result was great which offset my annoyance about waiting. I booked a third time and got a call saying there had be an error and could they reschedule. I agreed and moved my appointment to 2 days before my holiday. On the day of my appointment I got a text from them saying due to unforeseen circumstances they have had to cancel my appointment and they would call me to rearrange. I got no call from them and no explanation. 2 days before I am due to go away!!!! I am now frantically trying to book in with somewhere else but its doubtful I'll get in now so looks like I wont be having my hair done before I go away. Awful customer service I wont be visiting again.

I had the most horrendous experience when I went to get my laser treatment done. They had completely run out of paper rolls for the treatment bed. The poor therapist had to sneak a couple of towels from the hairdresser downstairs to put in the treatment which she re-used for every client. She was extremely apologetic but had no control over the whole situation as the head office hadn't sent them out. She did the best she could, bless her. Not hygienic at all!! Certainly would not recommend this place to anyone. However well done to the staff for keeping the place running under such horrendous circumstances. You really are the best.

GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION OWING STAFF AND CUSTOMERS £££.The staff were nice, but the owners don't pay the workers. they shut the salon owing thousands of pounds worth of treatments to customers and owing their staff wages. The owners are trying to open other businesses. They are wrong'uns and shouldn't be able to operate in Manchester or anywhere else.

I had Brazilian blow dry and haircut by Johanna. She is amazing ! She listened patiently to my request and made sure that I am satisfied with the results. She carefully checked on how much hair I would like to have cut. Happy with my experience. Thanks Johanna

Bought a Groupon for a haircut. The positives: fast, didn't struggle with the booking (you have to call) and was seen on time. The negatives: - haircut was not what I wanted (showed several photos) and the hair was cut too short near my face. No hiding or fixing that until it grows out! - The haircut was uneven near the face and to the sides, probably because they rushed it and got it done in 20-30 mins! Either shows inexperience or lack of attention. - The hairdresser was nice but she didn't even hold a mirror up at the end to see if I was happy with the results on the back of my head. - Shampoo and conditioner experience was pretty sloppy and some water got onto my face. Again - they were rushing through it. Result: very disappointed with my haircut and I can't wait for hair to grow out and a decent hairdresser to fix this mess. Won't be returning again. The offer is not worth it and wouldn't recommend trusting them with your hair.

Been a few times for a course of laser treatment and had a cut and blow. Always been really happy with the customer service and experience. The girl on the phone is always lovely. Was really happy with my hair and loved the cut. Absolutely no complaints. Love the text reminder service too. Received a reminder yesterday for my appointment tomorrow. Very happy and will continue to use despite me living miles away!

My daughter had a Brazilian blow dry last week. It took 3 hours. Her hair is naturally very long and curly. The French stylist did a really good job. Her hair looked gorgeous after. It was really straight and shiny. There was no problem using the Groupon vouchers , and the staff were very friendly. When her hair was washed after 2 days, her hair was lovely and soft. It's still curly, but the frizz has gone. It's a lot easier to manage, and easier to straighten if she wants to.
